Welcome to the Rachel Machin State Farm Insurance Agency. We are located off South Florida Ave in South Lakeland and serve the entire state of Florida with roots in Lakeland and surrounding cities in Polk County, Riverview and surrounding cities in Tampa, as well as Coral Springs and surrounding cities in Broward County. We offer comprehensive insurance and financial services including Life Insurance, Auto Insurance, Home and Renters Insurance, Business Insurance, Pet Insurance and much more! Our team consists of dedicated and motivated professionals who are passionate about providing quality customer service and building the right insurance and financial services plans for you and your family. My team and I embrace our diverse and unique backgrounds, along with those of our customers, who often become more like family, to create a culture that promotes inclusion at every turn. We pride ourselves on being able to make insurance easy to understand, building individualized plans, and providing remarkable customer service.

I was born and raised in South Florida, more specifically in Coral Springs, and now I live in Riverview. In just five years I went from a team member to an agency owner and I’m so glad to now have the opportunity to plant roots in the community of Lakeland, Florida. I am a female-owned and minority-owned, small business as a Cuban American and I am proud to be an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
