"I had some complicated issues with my account that were going to be difficult to explain over the phone; so. and I went personally to the office of my State Farm Agent, Rachel Machin. I was greeted immediately by the Office Manager (JC), who took me to her desk, listened to my problem with absolute interest and she quickly began the problem-solving process. She got on the phone with Corporate, and explained the situation. She worked dilligently with the person on the other end of the line to solve the problem successfully. Afterwards, not only did she explain to me verbally how it was going to be handled, but she jotted it all down on paper for me to use as reference. Wow, to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by my Agent's team (specifically, JC), it's an undestatement. I highly recommend my agent and her team. Thank you!"
