I was initially quoted one premium, then the next month was charged roughly 15% more with no notice. My email inquiry received only an acknowledgement and no follow-up. After calling, I was informed that the first month “was only a quote,” yet I never received any documentation about the increase. If the adjusted price had been disclosed upfront, I would have explored other options. This lack of transparency was disappointing and has shaken my trust in the company."
